Pre-Orders at BabiesMart
Some of our products sell out before the next shipment lands. Pre-ordering lets you lock yours in from the incoming stock instead of waiting for it to be back on the shelf, usually at a pre-order discount.
How it works
- The dispatch date is on the product page. Every pre-order item shows the date it's expected to leave our Melbourne warehouse. That's the date to plan around.
- You order it like anything else. Add to cart, check out, done. You pay at checkout as with a normal order.
- We keep you posted. You'll get a confirmation when you order and a shipping notification with tracking the day it dispatches.
- If the date moves, you'll know first. Shipping does slip sometimes. If your item's dispatch date changes, we'll email you the new date straight away — and you can cancel if it no longer suits.
Cancel any time before dispatch
Cancel any time before your order dispatches for a full refund — no questions, no fee. Just reply to your order confirmation email or contact us with your order number.
Ordering pre-order and in-stock items together
In-stock items ship now; the pre-order item follows on its dispatch date, at no extra shipping cost.
