How to Request Data Deletion

Your customer account information is securely stored in our Shopify e-commerce system. To request the permanent deletion of your customer profile and associated data, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us Directly: Send an email to our customer support team at info@babiesmart.com.au.

  2. Subject Line: In the subject line of your email, please write: "Data Deletion Request".

  3. Provide Information: In the body of the email, please include the following details so we can locate your account accurately:

    • Your full name as it appears on your Babiesmart account.

    • The email address associated with your account.

Upon receiving your request, our team will verify your information and proceed with the permanent deletion of your data from our systems. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Please note that once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
